In this 2 hour introductory course with a professional darkroom instructor, you will learn how to print a properly exposed image using a 35mm black & white negative. It will cover making test strips, how to use chemicals and washing & drying prints. It will provide you with a basic understanding of darkroom printing, enabling you to print your own images and use the darkroom independently and creating a base from which to learn more advanced darkroom techniques. This course is mandatory to use the darkroom at POST if you are a new or inexperienced darkroom user.
